The building, which was refurbished in 2003, is fully occupied on the basis of long-term lease agreements to main tenant H&M, with a further three units let to FNAC, SEPHORA and GO Sport. It has four floors with a total area of circa 16,700 sq m (179,763 sq ft).
Corio France is a subsidiary of the international property company Corio. Deka has invested for its Westinvest Interselect open-ended property fund.
