SALES POLICY
The Sycamore project’s standard payment schedule is phased according to construction progress.
- Buyers pay 10%t upon signing the Escrow Agreement,
- Followed by 10% in Q2/2024 and 10% in Q3/2024 at the anticipated SPA signing,
- Further payments of 10% are due in Q4/2024, Q1/2025 and Q2/2025.
- Q3/2025, buyers will pay 45%, with the final 5% settled at handover.
