A reservation deposit of 100,000,000 VND is required, followed by a payment of 15% of the selling price (inclusive of VAT and deposit) upon signing the Deposit Agreement within seven days. The following stages are:
- Stage 1: 15% once the project meets legal conditions, signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
- Stage 2: 10% upon completion of the 5th floor.
- Stage 3: 10% upon completion of the 15th floor.
- Stage 4: 10% upon topping out.
- Stage 5: 10% upon structural completion.
- Stage 6: 25% + 2% maintenance fee upon handover notice.
- Stage 7: Remaining 5% upon issuance of the Ownership Certificate.
2. Accelerated Payment Options and Discounts
For buyers opting for early payment:
- Option 1: Pay 70% within 15 days of signing the contract, discounted by an additional 2%.
- Option 2: Pay 95% within 15 days of signing the contract, discounted by an additional 3.5%.
Discounts can be combined with the 4–5% launch incentives, offering highly competitive benefits.
