Savills Project Consultancy engaged in large-scale projects in the first half of 2010

During the first half of 2010, Savills Project Consultancy has been actively involved in a number of large-scale projects including building condition surveys in four districts for the Architectural Services Department.

During the first half of 2010, Savills Project Consultancy has been actively involved in a number of large-scale projects including building condition surveys in four districts for the Architectural Services Department; dealing with illegal structures in private residential buildings for the Buildings Department; fire improvement works for the owners and tenants in the Lippo Centre; and fire improvements works for Link's shopping malls. The Project Consultancy team is also working on a restaurant fit-out project in Guangzhou.

In respect of new business, Savills Project Consultancy is working closely with Savills Industrial Services team in pursuing the government initiative for the revitalisation of industrial buildings. The Project Consultancy team is also preparing several design and project management proposals for properties in Savills' Property Management portfolio.

Going forward, Savills Project Consultancy will focus on the development of business in the revitalisation of industrial buildings, and the fit-out and facility management of property in the banking sector; however, building surveys, office fit-out and project management remain the team's core business.
