APO Immobilien-Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH (aik) has bought 3,644 sq m (11,955 sq ft) office building Acacia in Rotterdam on behalf of Immobilien-Sondervermögen apoReal International for € 9.7mio.
Savills advised aik in the purchase of the five-storey building, in Kralingseweg 241-249, from IM Management. The premises include a basement and 72-space outdoor car park and are located in Victoria Park, an extension of the Brainpark business parks.
The newly refurbished building received energy label B and has been leased to BAM Utiliteitsbouw for 10 years, beginning on 17 December 2010.
