Digital communications company Conrad Caine GmbH has taken office space in the renovated Art Deco Palais building at 56-60 Arnulfstraße, Munich. International real estate advisor Savills acted for the landlord, an international real estate fund, in the letting of 850 sq m (9,149 sq ft) of office space to the digital communications company. Conrad Caine GmbH, who was advised by Schmidt Immobilienhandel GmbH, will move into their new premises on 1 February, 2011.
Art Deco Palais, which was built in 1924 and renovated in 2008, is a listed building in the heart of Munich. Nico Jungnickel, Associate Director at Savills office agency department in Munich, says: “We are delighted that another tenant has been found for the renowned building. The flexible space, reasonable rent and central location of Art Deco Palais make it ideal office premises.”
Existing tenants include Deutschen Post AG, Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH, E.ON Energy Projects GmbH, V-Bank AG and ExperTeach GmbH, as well as Gruppe Nymphenburg and the Munich’s Regional Planning Association (Regionalen Planungsverband München).
