Savills Barcelona has expanded its remit in corporate real estate to service clients on a national as well regional level, and has appointed Josep García to oversee the department.
Josep began his career in commercial real estate as head of sales and advisor in the office agency department at Tasinsa in 2001. He also coordinated the office agency department at Grupo Ferrán before joining Savills office agency team in Barcelona in 2006. His recent international clients include Panda Security, MGE UPS, Grupo Honeywell.
In his new position Josep is responsible for managing accounts for major clients including acting as intermediary between landlords and tenants, renegotiating contracts and finding new properties on a national and pan-European level, working within Savills European corporate real estate network.
