The new Savills investment management platform will focus on qualified professional
investors and institutional investors, as well as international high-net-worth-individuals and family offices to invest in and manage real estate assets throughout the Asia Pacific region. Steffen Wolf, who built the APRE business, has been appointed managing director. Steffen has spent the last 15 years in the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to setting up APRE, Steffen was the head of the Asia Pacific business for a major German open ended fund, with several hundred million Euro assets under management.
