Savills has appointed Nathalie de Lacharrière to join its French Office Agency department in Paris as an associate.
Savills has appointed Nathalie de Lacharrière to join its French Office Agency department in Paris as an associate.
Nathalie has extensive experience of the Paris office market having worked in the real estate industry for 16 years. She spent seven years as an advisor at DTZ in their large offices team and prior to this worked at CB Richard Ellis and Nexity. Her previous clients include Sony, Zurich, Bleeker Group, Société Foncière Lyonnais, Aviva and Icade.
At Savills Nathalie joins Raymond Genre-Grandpierre’s team and will be working with clients on office deals of 3,000 sq m (32,291 sq ft) and above.
Raymond Genre-Grandpierre, director Savills France office agency team, says: "In Paris overall take-up increased just under 30% last year and reached 239,000 sq m in the first quarter in 2011, which is almost a return to 2007 levels. This is why we have been recruiting new members to our team in recent months and we are delighted for Nathalie to join us. Her expertise in larger deals will be a great asset to the team, especially as the volume of transactions for offices over 5,000 sq m has surpassed the ten year average."
