Dutch fashion firm Just Brands has taken 550 sq m (5,920 sq ft) of office space in Düsseldorf’s harbour district, called Medienhafen, advised by international real estate advisor Savills. The company, which designs and markets top fashion brands and has its headquarters in Amsterdam, has taken up its first German showroom at Speditionsstraße 17. The landlord is Bayerische Versorgungskammer.
The quality modern office building is located in the city’s harbour which over the past 20 years has been transformed into a vibrant district that is home to more than 800 businesses.
Panajotis Aspiotis, Regional Director at Savills Germany, says: "Düsseldorf’s harbour is a lively, central area of the city and one of the top addresses for firms in the fashion industry. It is a great spot for Just Brand’s first showroom in Germany."
