Starting from April 2018, Savills Vietnam has been officially appointed the property manager of Sun Grand City Ancora Residence, a high – end property development by Sun Group located at No. 3 Luong Yen, Bach Dang ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi.

According to the agreement with Viet Minh Hoang Construction and Investment JSC., a subsidiary of Sun Group, Savills is to provide all property management personnel for Sun Grand City Ancora Residence. Savills will start providing property management services at Sun Grand City Ancora Residence from April 2018, including recruiting and finalising the management team, taking over the development from subcontractors and signing off the technical systems, establishing management procedures.
Savills Vietnam’s engagement as the property manager from this point ensures that what residents receive at handover is an efficiently and professionally managed development. At the moment key positions in the management team has been recruited by Savills Vietnam and are ready to start working at Sun Grand City Ancora Residence.
