The complex of The Manor Central Park and Chu Van An Memorial Park is spread across a scale of 200 ha, a huge land-fund with an expansive amount of greenery, parks, centres, retail, international schools, high-quality offices and residential facilities. The first phase of the project included 561 low-rise houses & villas, seven apartment buildings, one mixed-use building, one public building and two kindergartens. With the goal of making quality the highest priority, a clever and sophisticated design was emphasised, optimizing the use of the facades, business fronts, mezzanines & two separated Japanese paths. The Manor Central Park was designed Seijiro Takeda from Kume Sekkei Co., Ltd, Ming Wu of EE & K Perkins Eastman and the famous architect, Carlos Zapata of CZ Studios.
Savills Vietnam has been appointed as the official sale agent for low-rise houses of Phase 1 of The Manor Central Park township. This component is partially finished, and expected to be ready for hand-over from Q1/2019. They are priced from 15.6 billion VND per unit with complete exterior and wall-mount interior.
