Savills Vietnam is pleased to inform you that we have changed the name of our current property management app SPMS to Property Cube, effective from February 2020.
SPMS is a user-friendly, management information system available via mobile application and a centralized website which was officially launched in Q4.2018.
The application has been implemented in all Savills-managed projects across Asia, including Vietnam, ensuring residents receive the same international standard.
In 2019, SPMS was applied in 60 projects managed by Savills Vietnam with average adoption rate at 40%.
Property Cube is an updated version of SPMS was introduced in February 2020 with improved functions:

- Maintenance
- Online Payment
- Event and Activities
- Documents and Forms
- Contact Management
