In June/2020, the leading international real estate consultancy, Savills Vietnam has been appointed to provide management services for mixed-use complex Le Capitole. The project was developed by the Hanoi Housing Development and Investment JSC No. 52.
La Capitole has a prime location on Thai Thinh street bordering Tay Son junction with easy access to administrative agencies, cultural and educational centres. The 21-level mixed-use building includes 167 two- to 3-bedroom apartments, office space, a hotel and 3 parking basements. Modern facilities include supermarkets, restaurants, upscale cafes, gyms, 4-season swimming pools. La Capitole is tenant focused with 5 luxury elevators and a leading-edge fire protection system.
The complex was designed to deliver a seamlessly intuitive experience for residents and tenants which Savills will complement with international standard day-to-day building management. With third quarter handover expected this year, Savills pre-launch management team is busy working with the contractor toward handover and undertaking exhaustive testing of technical and safety systems. Le Capitole will have specific processes and project management guidelines with crisis management protocols in place before the Savills management team takes over operations.
