BRGLand has officially appointed Savills Vietnam property management unit of the BRG Legend luxury apartment project. The project is invested and developed by BRG Group; BRGLand represents their Real Estate Business. Located at 14 Tran Quang Khai Street, Hoang Van Thu Ward, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong.
The BRG Legend is well-located with easy downtown access, overlooking the Cam River, Hoang Van Thu bridge, with sea and Hai Phong harbour views.
On a 8,318 m2 construction area, the 22-level BRG Legend apartment building has 6 commercial levels providing over 11,027m2 and 4 basements.
