Since November 2020, Savills Vietnam has been apointed the official agent for foreign quota sales at The Nine. Located at 9 Pham Van Dong street, The Nine is being developed by GP.Invest Group. The mixed-use project will supply 350 apartments supported by luxury amenities with office space and 6 retail levels.
The Nine is located in the sparkling new West area where many government agencies have already relocated. Being designated a new urban centre in Ha Noi the West is advantaged by new infrastruture which complement The Nine very well. Pham Van Dong street has been expanded to 12 lanes, sidewalks are from 3 -7m wide, and the Mai Dich – Xuan Thuy streets intersection is just 200m away, next to the Mai Dich – Nam Thang Long bridge. Unit sizes are from 75 – 162 m2. There will be a six level retail & office podium and three basement parking levels. The project uses high quality imported branded materials such as floor to ceiling low-E dual layer glass and air purification systems in each unit.
Construction by reputable contractor Newtecons, by August 2020, three basement levels were completed. On November 2020, The Nine is up to level 7. Apartments are scheduled for handover from Q1/2022.
