In November 2020, Savills Vietnam was officially appointed property management team of the Vista Lago low-rise residential area in the South An Khanh urban area of Hanoi. Developed by Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment & Development JSC (SUDICO), Vista Lago is the latest addition to Savills countrywide portfolio of over 100 managed projects.
South An Khanh urban area is located at the gateway of the Lang - Hoa Lac Highway. According to construction planning, this urban area will become located between ring roads 3 and 4 in the near future. Development will comprise villas, townhouses, apartments, offices, shopping malls, and entertainment areas.
The Vista Lago low-rise residential area is located along the great lake system central to the South An Khanh project. The site has a 78,688 sqm construction area with 237 villas expected to be handed over in Q1/2021. With its low construction density and synchronous infrastructure systems, Vista Lago promises to provide green spaces with maximum convenience to all residents.
Savills Property Management will manage the Vista Lago low-rise residential area to international standards with a focus to improving ease of resident living. Their work will also include optimizing systems and processes to add value to the investor and reputation to the project.
