On the 23rd of January, Savills Property Management Department at Estella (HCMC) placed third at the Thu Duc City Innovation Awards. With our Property Cube application, Savills successfully demonstrated its ability to apply modern technology in the property management process, creating efficiency and improving the lives of our residents.
This award honours the research and solutions that people and projects in Thu Duc City have applied to uplift the community around them. These solutions should make positive contributions to the community and must support sustainably. The award highlights the creativity, efficiency, and social benefits that these products bring to life in various fields, including science, technology and engineering, national defence and security, and socio-cultural and economic development.
Our Property Cube application is a full-service application that supports both tenants and our property teams. The app gives residents access to live property updates and allows them to book amenities and services from the comfort of their homes. In the context of the pandemic, it also ensures our communities are safe as residents can make online payments safely and conveniently on the app.
We are honoured to have received the Innovation Award, and it is a great motivation for us to continue to create solutions to improve our communities. In the future, Savills hopes to deploy the Property Cube application in more projects to keep up with global digitisation trends.
