Savills hosted its second event in the ongoing community engagement series. This initiative, which will include a range of on-site events and workshops, aims to increase community participation and interaction. In the long-term, this could improve productivity for the businesses within Savills managed properties.
Coffee often acts as a lifeline for many office workers, boosting mood and productivity. This is why Savills Property Management Department, with the support of Class6 - Specialty Coffee, hosted a coffee workshop for our tenants at Leadvisors Tower.
At the event, tenants at Leadvisors Tower learnt about the different stages of making coffee and got to taste an array of drinks, including espressos, cold brews, and lattes.
One participant said: “As I drink coffee every day, and often need it to get through the day, the workshop was everything I could ask for. It was great to understand the steps that go into making a coffee as often I take the finished product for granted! The workshop was a great way to connect with my colleagues and end the workweek!”
Mr Tran Ngoc Duy, Associate Director of Property Management at Savills Ha Noi, said: “By partnering with Class6, we could give our tenants an artisanal experience, which might differ from the day-to-day coffee we are used to. We believe that our services and how customers perceive them go beyond management procedures. Experiences need to be curated and we strive to create a sense of community for our tenants.”
