BRG Group has engaged Savills as the official property manager at BRG Diamond Residence, a high-end mixed-use complex at 25 Le Van Luong, Thanh Xuan, Ha Noi. This marks the expansion of the partnership, which already includes BRG Tower (a Grade A office building and the headquarters of BRG Group in Ha Noi), Berriver Jardin (Ha Noi), and BRG Legend (Hai Phong). The continuation of this strategic partnership reflects a high level of trust in Savills deliverables, operations, and customer services.
BRG Diamond Residence is among Ha Noi’s notable residential projects. It is a high-end property, including 35 levels, a five-level basement and a mezzanine level. The five-level retail podium is poised to become a prominent destination for shopping, entertainment, and dining in Thanh Xuan District. The project offers commercial areas and more than 600 apartments, as such, Savills Property Management Department will implement our carefully created standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintenance, and risk management, which deliver stability, consistency, and safety.

The management teams will closely monitor and maintain the technical systems and develop an effective plan for firefighting and prevention.
