Savills to Manage Avenue Garden Project in West Ha Noi

OSI Holdings has appointed Savills as the property management agent at Avenue Garden in Bac Tu Liem District. With nearly 30 years of experience operating diverse real estate assets to ensure sustainable and long-term value, Savills will create systems to ensure residents enjoy healthy and well-kept spaces.

In January 2023, OSI Holdings officially appointed Savills as the property manager at Avenue Garden, a premium shophouse and villa complex in the west of Ha Noi. The outstanding project will deliver 'green' living to Bac Tu Liem District.

Avenue Garden is at the centre of Tay Tuu Urban Area, Bac Tu Liem District, Ha Noi. It has a prime location on Tay Thang Long Road and connects to Starlake (Tay Ho) - a modern urban axis connecting many large urban areas in the west and northwest of the capital. The project has 101 high-end low-rise houses, including 36 villas (three levels and a one-level basement, and a rooftop) and 65 shophouses (five levels and a one-level basement). All houses feature elegant European architecture, large usable areas, and spacious frontages. It is primed for multigenerational families or foreign professionals working in Viet Nam due to its extensive amenities, including swimming pools, community areas, schools, and commercial centres.

Savills will manage over 26,207 m2 and support the developer's green and sustainability goals with solutions that support healthy living and working.
