Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the most significant holidays for Vietnamese families. At Savills, we are proud to host events to bring joy to our managed projects with creative and interactive events. They emphasise the cohesion of communities and incorporate the unique cultural identities of residents and tenants. The events aim to create strong and cohesive communities while adding distinctive value to each project.
For the 2023 Mid-Autumn Festival, Savills Property Management teams explored the theme “A Journey Through Asia’s Mid-Autumn Delights”, encouraging communities to explore, preserve, and promote our national identity. We also explored the cultural diversity of our communities by looking at other countries like South Korea, China, and Japan. In addition to traditional games, artistic performances, and five-fruit trays, residents also enjoyed mooncakes and experienced the distinct cultural atmosphere.
According to Mr Tran Ngoc Duy, Associate Director, Property Management, Savills Ha Noi, cohesive communities are essential for sustainable development, and they support a good quality of life. Places to live and work go beyond just design, space, and service quality; these spaces also need to have a strong connection with the surrounding community. Across all residential and office projects, Savills Property Management teams prioritise community building and development through well-planned strategies that balance customer experiences and the long-term interests of developers.
Savills will continue to collaborate closely with developers, building owner's committees, and partners to create cohesive and happy communities.
