Savills Vietnam is the New Property Manager at Orange Garden

Ha Noi, 14 June 2024 - Savills Vietnam and Vinapol have signed a property management agreement. Savills is now the property manager at Orange Garden in Hoai Duc, Ha Noi.

Orange Garden covers 54.6 hectares and features 693 detached and semi-detached villas. It also offers amenities like international schools, parks, and sports and entertainment areas. Located on Ring Road 3.5, it is well-connected to the city centre and nearby areas, making it a great place for both living and investment.

Savills will provide professional management services. As we approach the project's handover, Savills will collaborate with Vinapol to manage construction tasks requested by residents before moving in. The objective is to ensure the villa meets urban design standards while catering to the specific needs and preferences of residents. Savills will also oversee finance, administration, and setup to ensure a smooth transition and high-quality services for residents during move-in. Given the large scale of Orange Garden, Savills will focus on security, energy management, and community development, which are key in urban area management.

At the signing ceremony, Mr Dinh Duc Anh, Chief Representative of Vinapol, said: “We look forward to working with Savills Vietnam to ensure the success of Orange Garden. Their expertise in property management will enable us to deliver a high-quality living experience for our residents, making it am ideal place for families to live, work, and enjoy.”

Mr Matthew Powell, Director of Savills Ha Noi, shared: “The Orange Garden project marks the beginning of a long-term partnership between Savills Vietnam and Vinapol. We believe our international management standards will match the premium nature of this property and will uphold Vinapol’s values.”
