Savills Viet Nam has officially taken the role of Facility Manager for LogisValley Vina and LogisValley Bac Ninh, located in a key industrial park in Bac Ninh. This partnership combines the Developer's strategic investment and Savills international service quality to drive the sustainable development of these warehouses, optimise operational efficiency and ensure long-term environmental sustainability.
Situated within Yen Phong Expansion Industrial Park, one of the most prominent industrial parks in Bac Ninh province, LogisValley Vina and LogisValley Bac Ninh enjoy excellent connectivity. Their proximity to National Highway 18 and Provincial Road 295 provides convenient access to neighbouring cities such as Ha Noi, Hai Phong, and Quang Ninh, as well as major logistic hubs like Noi Bai International Airport, Cai Lan Port, and Hai Phong Port. Additionally, Savills will also develop a comprehensive maintenance plan to identify potential risks and implement timely solutions to safeguard the facilities.
Given the large scale of these warehouses, Savills will offer in-depth consultancy to ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations, periodic inspections, and property insurance.
