Ha Noi, July 2024 - CapitaLand Hien Duc (CLHD), a joint venture between CapitaLand Development and Hien Duc Group has named Savills Vietnam as the property manager for Heritage West Lake, marking the fifth collaboration between the two companies. Heritage West Lake has achieved BCA Green Mark Certified (Provisional) award and WELL Precertification award, showcasing its commitment to environmental and human wellness standards. Savills Viet Nam will provide a range of international-standard property management services to ensure the project meets its luxury-class standards. These services include daily operations management with a focus on efficiency and sustainability, optimisation of energy use and management of criteria such as air quality, water efficiency, lighting, and temperature. In addition, Savills Viet Nam will engage in community activities to foster a cohesive and eco-friendly living environment.
