Ha Noi, 06 March 2025 - Savills Vietnam and Hong Ngoc Hospital have officially signed a healthcare partnership agreement to provide medical support services across properties managed by Savills.
The collaboration between Savills Vietnam and Hong Ngoc Hospital will be implemented across key projects within Savills management portfolio in Northen region, including residential developments, mixed-use commercial–office complexes, and high-density integrated communities.
Ha Noi, 06 March 2025 - Savills Vietnam and Hong Ngoc Hospital have officially signed a healthcare partnership agreement to provide medical support services across properties managed by Savills.
The collaboration between Savills Vietnam and Hong Ngoc Hospital will be implemented across key projects within Savills management portfolio in Northen region, including residential developments, mixed-use commercial–office complexes, and high-density integrated communities.
Under the agreement, Hong Ngoc Hospital will provide 24/7 emergency and medical support services for residents, visitors, and staff at Savills managed properties. The hospital will maintain free ambulance and a qualified medical team consisting of a doctor and a nurse, ensuring prompt response and patient transfer from the property to Hong Ngoc Hospital for emergency care, examination, and treatment. Additionally, upon receiving notification from Savills Vietnam, the hospital will dispatch an experienced emergency doctor and nurse directly to the site to perform initial assessment and stabilisation, as well as support safe transport back to the hospital when required. This model significantly shortens response time, improves emergency outcomes, and ensures that residents have access to professional medical care within their own community.

To ensure the service is accessible and effectively delivered, Savills Vietnam will work closely with Hong Ngoc Hospital on communication across each property. Front-desk and customer service teams will act as key touchpoints, proactively explaining the emergency request procedures to residents and ensuring they understand how to contact and utilise the service when needed. Standardised procedures, consistent communication, and clear access to essential information are considered crucial in enhancing residents’ preparedness and confidence in emergency situations.
