Giang has more than 10 years in real estate industry. She has performed valuations of different types of properties, from undeveloped lands to operating properties and specialized classes as quarries and mining.

The valuations cover single and portfolio, and for all kind of purposes such as M&A, mortgage, IPO, fund raising and financial reporting. She is also experienced in Feasibility Studies and in development recommendations using Relative Return and Highest & Best Use analysis. She has extensive knowledge of the property market in residential, retail, office and hospitality sectors.

Giang earned her master in United States and currently is a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and an MOF Register Valuer.
