Xuan earned her degree in Languages and International Studies in 1998, followed by a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Foreign Trade University in 2000. With nearly two decades of real estate experience, she brings deep market insight and a strong foundation in the field.
Xuan has held leadership roles at various domestic and international companies, with a focus on asset and property management. Her extensive industry knowledge, combined with a strong understanding of residents’ needs, are key strengths that define her reputation in the field.
Currently, Xuan is a Senior Director, in charge of the Property Management Department in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, she oversees the daily operations of numerous residential, commercial, and retail projects. Amid an increasingly competitive and fast-evolving real estate market, Xuan aims to elevate Savills property management standards in Viet Nam, focusing not only on operational excellence, but also on enhancing the quality of life, promoting sustainability, and fostering a strong sense of community across all projects.
