PE investment inflows into the Indian real estate sector amounted to USD 1.5 billion in Q3 2025, slipping 6% from the previous quarter. With this, the total inflows for YTD (Jan-Sep) 2025 reached USD 3.9 billion, broadly in line with inflows recorded during the same period in 2024. 

Key highlights:

- Strong domestic demand and favourable demographics facilitated momentum in PE investment activity in Indian real estate.

- The commercial office segment continued to lead the way, accounting for a 39% share in the overall quarterly investment pie, followed by the data centre segment at 38%. 

- Foreign investors contributed a substantial 54% of the overall investments in Q3 2025.
