Key Highlights:

-India witnessed a significant gross absorption of 56.8 mn sq. ft. in 2025 YTD at a decline of 4%.

-Delhi-NCR contributed the highest share of 28% to overall leasing activity in Q3 2025, followed by Bengaluru and Pune at 22% and 16%, respectively. 

-The tech sector led leasing activity with a 33% share in overall absorption in Q3, followed by flex spaces and BFSI absorption at 15% and 13%, respectively.
