Activity was anchored by a mix of renewals and relocations, including Oncor Electric Delivery Company’s 176,816 square feet (sf) renewal in the Fort Worth Central Business District (CBD) and GEICO’s 205,736 sf new location in the Richardson Telecom Corridor, with the quarter’s largest transactions, along with several additional leases across the North Dallas Corridor. Consistent deal flow across a range of industries highlights the market’s resilience and continued role as a key corporate hub, with leasing activity exceeding the five-year quarterly average of 3.0 msf.
