Denver starts the year with steady leasing activity in key submarkets
Quarterly leasing activity totaled 1.9 million square feet (msf) in Q1 2026, increasing from the previous quarter and remains unchanged year over year. Leasing activity was largely concentrated in the Southeast and Downtown Denver submarkets, which accounted for 35.0% and 30.8% of total activity, respectively. Notable transactions this quarter included ME Engineers’ 45,863-square-foot (sf) renewal and expansion at 14143 Denver West Parkway and Jonah Energy LLC’s 43,384-sf new location at 1099 18th Street in the Central Business District (CBD). Additional activity was driven by a mix of relocations and expansions, with a significant share occurring in the Southeast submarket, which continues to attract a diverse tenant base.
