- Bank Loan Policy: Customers may borrow up to 70% of the apartment value (inclusive of VAT) with 0% interest for 24 months and 0% early repayment fee.
- Payment schedule includes a VND 100 million deposit, 25% payment upon signing the sales contract, 70% disbursed by the bank, and the remaining balance paid according to the developer’s notice.
- Early Payment Policy: Customers paying 95% of the apartment value (inclusive of VAT) receive a 9% discount. The remaining amount, including the maintenance fee and 5% of the apartment price, will be paid according to the developer’s notification.
