Hanh delivers a deep understanding of the legal regulations related to property management, including Housing Laws, Fire Prevention and Fighting Laws, Environmental Laws, and Government Decrees and Circulars. She gives her clients accurate, detailed, and practical strategic advice to optimise costs and ensure long-term operational efficiency.
