Pune recorded gross absorption of 8.8 mn sq. ft. in 2025, reflecting a 4% YoY increase and marking the highest absorption level on record. IT-BPM continued to dominate leasing activity with a 33% share, followed by flexible workspaces with 25%. Nearly 46% of total absorption was concentrated in SBD East, followed by PBD West (23%) and CBD (18%).
