In 2025, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) witnessed absorption of 10.9 mn sq. ft., a Y-o-Y increase of 32.9%. On the supply side, the city witnessed 12 mn sq. ft. in 2025 with operational stock reaching 81 mn sq. ft. The overall vacancy rate decreased to 11.3% in 2025 from 11.7% in 2024.
