Pune witnessed its highest-ever annual absorption of 11.1 mn sq. ft. in 2025, marking a 65.7% Y-o-Y increase. The supply saw an addition of 11.1 mn sq. ft. during the same period, up from 6.4 mn sq. ft. in 2024. This was led by the manufacturing segment, contributing 69% of the total absorption, followed by 3PL at 23%.
