Ahmedabad witnessed absorption of 2.2 mn sq. ft. of industrial and warehousing space in 2025. On the supply side, the city witnessed the completion of 3.1 mn sq. ft. in the year gone by, and the operational stock stood at 23.9 mn sq. ft. The overall vacancy rate increased marginally to 14.2% in 2025 from 12.1% in 2024 due to supply outpacing absorption.
